Issuing weekly performance tracking report for reviewing purpose and updating
the report to BDM and GAD level
Working directly and closely with AD team to increase number of PE
Analyzing the performance of each segment include PE and non-PE in order to

ensure execution of these initiatives
2. Job Requirements
Excellent knowledge on Life insurance, sales management, sales analysis,
At least 2 years working experience in sales analysis, sales planning, trade
marketing preferably in insurance / banking / finance / audit / consulting
Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Good business acumen
