University graduate in Hotel Management.

At least 4 years experience in the same capacity preferably in International Hotels.

Pleasant / Warm Personality.

Excellent leadership skills Proactive.

Fluent in English. MS Office

Key tasks

Report daily to the FOM (short meetings).

Responsible for the Front Office, Cashiering, the guest information team.

Monitor and report performance of the team to FOM, with regards to punctuality, efficiency, etc.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors.

Monitor their performance on a constant basis ensuring all procedures are carried out correctly.

University graduate in Hotel Management.

At least 4 years experience in the same capacity preferably in International Hotels.

Pleasant / Warm Personality.

Excellent leadership skills Proactive.

Fluent in English. MS Office Applications.
