Leads strategic and organizational change projects in very close cooperation with Commercial Unit (CU) Leadership Team
Leads CU Commercial Excellence agenda implementation and reporting for CU
Support CU governance bodies & planning cycle to secure alignment and delivery of CU priorities
Drive timely implementation for strategic projects e.g. Go To Market strategies
Lead Commercial Unit governance processes :
Set agenda and prepare content for CLT meetings
Track actions from CLT meetings
Co-ordinates commercial risk management process
Provide adhoc analytical and planning support to CU Head and CLT members
Drive the embedding of selected commercial processes to ensure harmonized ways of working and necessary rigor aligned to the ASEAN Commercial Excellence roadmap e.
g. commercial productivity
Align digital transformation and change structures, processes, IT and management instruments to improve commercial operations enhance customer experience
Essential Knowledge & Experience :
Project management (cross functional)
Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Leverage digital investments to drive productivity gains and improve customer experience
Fast understanding of business environment, industry drivers and country challenges
Quickly understand key stakeholders and build key support networks
Analysis of growth and productivity opportunities
Degree and / or Master of Commercial or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in business development role
