A fast-growing Retail Company is currently recruiting an HR Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to lead the HR team in supporting the business in its next phase of growth.
About the HR Manager Role :
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will actively work with all business leaders and take the lead in providing direction to all HR activities in the company as the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure efficient HR Operations by managing a wide range of recruitment, compensation & benefit, policies and procedures, employee relations and administration, training and development
Manage risk management and legal activities related to Human Resource
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development
Liaise with other functional managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and work on your own initiative, as well as establishing a strong cooperation relationship with different stakeholders.
Key Requirements :
A comprehensive and proven HR operations experience in medium to large organisations
Good knowledge of Vietnam labour code, talent management and organisational development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation, negotiation skill and problem-solving skill
Good time management, learning ability and change management
Energetic, proactive and able to work independently
