This position is based in our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh, District 2.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the portfolio of our UL Environment business units to work closely with the appropriate Field Sales Representative to achieve the big picture goal of hitting the sales target.

Your will be responsible for inbound requests usually over the phone or email, follow up with after sales administrative duties like invoicing, booking of orders and handling customer enquiries and feedback.

You will also review inbound inquiries or sales leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams.

  • Create and send out quotations for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools, and booking orders.
  • Performs follow-up of sent quotes and turns them into orders while meeting financial commitments.
  • Administering accurate data entry of sales contracts into databases in order for the engineering and laboratory teams to effectively allocate resources to each projects.
  • Telemarketing and proactively striking a good rapport with customers over the phone in order to discover other areas of services that they might potentially need
  • Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of requests.
  • Performs other duties as directed
  • Qualifications

    In order to succeed in this role, you must be detail orientated and meticulous in the administrative portion of end to end sales processes.

    Training will be provided on tele-sales and lead generation but you must be comfortable in communicating with clients over the phone as well as doing cold calling if needed.

    Communication skills will be a necessity in this role.
