1. Complitant, contribute and set-up appraisal processes for the process of credit appraisal focus on Client group of Small bussiness and student.
2. Manage all Call team, Field team. In case documents provided by branch are not completed document, not clear, or exist suspicious signs, must require field staff to check the reality.
3. Examination and assessment of the validity and legality of the credit extension.
4. To ensure the time of dossier processing according to the plan regulations of company.
5. Make an evaluation report that states self-opinions independently about whether the appraiser agree or not with the credit approval, make a risk assessment of the credit that is being evaluated.
Make other recommendations and proposal to the competent authorities in the credit profile.
6. Proficiently in operation of archive rotation records system and client rating system
Regularly checking self-proposed credit every two months
7. Provide support to appraisal staffs as assigned by department leaders.
8. Perform other duties and tasks when assigned
9. Make credit reports as assigned by leaders of credit appraisal department.
10. Analyze, evaluate budget, risk ratio and prevent fraud
