  • Be responsible for trade marketing initiatives / category management process and solutions with external and internal customers to grow the categories
  • Ensure proper strategy in place to meet both brand / category and customer expectations
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to identify, understand and develop necessary point of sales (merchandising) tools to increase brand / category presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams with focus on Ideation, Planning, Budgeting, Production and support excellence in-market executions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to turn the selling stories into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers
  • Ensure the desired product benefits and brand values / equity properly communicated
  • Create and maintain Trade Calendar of activities including trade plans for NPD’s, designing loyalty programs, visibility options working with both Sales & Marketing teams
  • Monitor and evaluate TM programs and activities to measure effectiveness through proper ROI and recommend improvements as needed
  • Manages the point of sales material (including budget, agencies, logistics, distribution, assortment ) by finding the most efficient solutions
  • Ensure that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting field
  • Collaborates with marketing intelligence resource to read and report results of activities and to provide recommendations and forecasts by channel
  • Be in charge of pre & post-promotion evaluation through : estimated ROI & IMS figures
  • Develop and deploy sales & trade tracking reports & ensure communication across all levels

  • University graduated (Marketing or related fields)
  • At least 3 years of trade marketing management experience, especially in FMCG industry
  • Former background in sales is preferable
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, category management & trade channels (mass market and traditional trade)
  • Strategic, organized and business-driven approach
  • Good role-based leadership and decision making
  • Able to work under strict timelines & manage workloads effectively
  • Willing to travel & field visit frequently
  • Fluent English to work directly with foreign BUH
