Job Description : Territory Management

Territory Management

  • Support Field Marketing Specialist to assist him / her for territory management (focus on Nightlife outlets). Besides, he / she will co-
  • operate with Operations team on duty basis (stock in, and visibilities).

  • He / she will be in charge of tracking the performance of nightlife in territory to report to Field Marketing Specialist (Operations performance, volume, Direct-
  • to-consumer trial rate, and actual selling price on trade)

  • He / she will also need to gather the details of competitor activities on trade periodically and share the information & knowledge with other functions.
  • Design special tactical / pilot programs for specific nightlife area

  • Understand the territory characteristics, the consumer profile and segmentation, the specific trade environment and retailers, special needs and wants of the responsible area.
  • Discuss and propose to Field Marketing specialist for tactical programs by outlet level. (Tactical programs include scheme, duration, execution briefing, performance).
  • Control the execution on trade of the tactical programs
  • Customized and control execution of Resources ( Gift, POSM, DTC)

  • Brainstorm with Field Marketing Specialist and adjust the scheme / timeline / trade item quantity allocated resources.
  • Control the execution on trade by working closely with Operations (Stock In), Ho-Re-Ca (outlet fee payment, event) and Direct-
  • to-consumer (DTC) team (Gift allocated, route plan). Ensure actual achievement will be in line with the KPIs.

    Event supervisor

  • Track the performance of the territory (Operations performance volume, Direct-To-Consumer trial rate, Brand health Off-
  • take and actual selling price on trade), identify the relevant brand focus for his / her territory and drive for brand awareness, trials and repeated purchase of the territory together with Brand, Operations and Direct-To-Consumer teams.

    Job requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least 1 year experience in Marketing or Sales HoReCa (preferred Trade Marketing experience)
  • Fluent English & proficient computer skills
