ABB Vietnam currently has an opportunity for a Service Sales Engineer who will be responsible to lead and manage sales and service activities by providing technical support and ensure customer needs are understood.
Based at Ho Chi Minh city and reporting to Service Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
Collaborate with service sales manager and implement service sales strategy and penetrate IB (installed base), promote upgrades, retrofit and value add services.
Utilize ServIS (Approved Service Database) to understand existing IB and Identify and develop sales opportunities for service products and solutions.
Analyze market by creating market intelligence and generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities.
Establish and develop long term relationship by understanding customer requirement.
Manage sales process by selling entire IA (Industrial Automation) service product portfolio to expand market for ABB.
Act as a marketer / sales person and handle all marketing activities and translates the needs of customer into relevant ABB IA Service offerings and solutions.
Contribute to risk assessments about price and quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
To be considered for this role you should have,
University degree in Automation / Electrical engineering.
5+ years' experience in relevant industry such as Cement, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metal.
Attention to detail, self-starters, proactive, team work, self-learn, ability, good interpersonal skills and result-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas.
Good at organizing and methodology working.
Strong English written and verbal communications skills.
