Job Description

  • Be responsible for the volume of sales, meeting set targets, and quality of the business being generated
  • Conduct team meetings and provide feedback to supervisors and sale staffs on overall performance
  • Coaching and mentoring of the Direct Marketing Supervisors
  • Provide an escalation point for Customer queries and complaints
  • Report the overall production and the quality of the work and business
  • Assist management team members by answering queries and addressing issues
  • Identify business issues and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure smooth workflows between telemarketing representatives and direct sales officers
  • Use incentive programs to push sales and follow up during execution
  • Keep track with the compliance issue
  • Others : assigned by the line manager
  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience
  • Having experience in Life Insurance & banking is an advantage
  • Good spoken and written Vietnamese
  • Has knowledge of Management Information and the concept of workflow
  • Displays good leadership & coaching skills
  • English competency is a plus
