Essential and optional requirements

Certificate or Degree in Business Administration school or Hotel Management school.

Previous and proven experience in similar job scope in hospitality industry.

Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentations, Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill.

Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Languages : fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written).

Key tasks

Responsible for Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.

Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them.

Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.

Negotiates prices with the clients.

Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.

Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis quarterly or more often if need to be).

Assist in drawing up the sales plan annually with the Director of Sales and Marketing on Travel Agent Accounts.
