1. Market intelligence

  • Preparing market intelligence reports and market statistic
  • 2. Performance management

  • Making weekly and monthly agency sales report
  • Issuing sales performance tracking report on required frequency basic (BDD, BDM and GA Diamond and Platinum report). Providing on-
  • time insights and analysis to identify problems and providing action plans to achieve sales target

    3. Compensation analyze

  • Review annual and build up compensation scheme for agency. Analyze compensation scheme of top companies in the industry and monitoring compensation scheme to drive sales.
  • Modeling compensation scheme
  • 4. AD / AT development

  • Take a proactive role in providing input information and supporting AD / AT force to help them meet the target
  • 5. MAPA improvement

  • Making and deploying MAPA report
  • Other ad-hoc job assigned by line manager
  • Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Excellent knowledge on Life insurance, sales management,
  • sales analysis, database management

  • At least 3 years working experience in sales analysis,
  • sales planning, trade marketing preferably in insurance / banking / finance / audit / consulting

    organizations

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Good business acumen
