The opportunity

Project : Various projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

In general, the site supervision team shall perform and take responsibility as per the latest degree on quality management of construction in Vietnam and its related regulations.

To be responsible for onsite coordination, daily / weekly meetings with appropriate civils / structure main contractor(s), subcontractor(s) and specialist suppliers.

To work shifts as required on a rota system in order to ensure continuity of contractor works.

Your responsibilities will include :

Attending contractor progress meetings and weekly / monthly construction team meetings.

Assisting with the review of civils / structure main contractor(s), subcontractor(s) and specialist suppliers’ method statements and report non-compliance or inaccuracies.

Contributing to the production and agreement of the programmes of work with civils / structure main contractor(s), subcontractor(s) and specialist suppliers.

Commenting on civils / structure main contractor(s), subcontractor(s) and specialist suppliers’ monthly valuations.

Attending off site inspections and agree delivery strategy with contractor(s) and the design team. Arranging final quality inspections for sign off of areas.

Assisting the site manager in managing the project image including conditions of hoardings, lighting, signage, entrances, housekeeping etc.

Reviewing and understanding scope of work each trade, detailed design, specification and method. Inputting into build ability reviews.

Processing structure / civils RFI’s in conjunction with relevant members of the team and drive through answers are provided.

Preparing daily site reports, including requirements for notices etc.

Assisting the site manager with managing the site security, site logistics and material distribution.

About you

You have a relevant practice license - Grade 1 by the Ministry of Construction and a relevant degree in that field. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
