Reporting to : Market Manager Indochina, Myanmar & Thailand
Department : Carbohydrate Solutions
Working Location : 7th Floor, Saigon Centre Building, 65 Le Loi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Scope and Responsibilities
Full order processing from receipt of customer order to invoicing
Monitor and work with the intercompany to pull in or push out to ensure optimum stock level in the local warehouse; check the customer’s forecast and delivery requirements.
Manage closely with 3PLs on the importation, stock management, and delivery arrangements to customers.
Prepare and provide a full set of required documents to customers.
Sample coordination and arrangement for customers
Handle customers’ complaints and coordinate returns, credit, replacements, etc.
Assist in following up with customers on payment of overdue invoices and sales support.
Provision of administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned
Follow company procedures and policies.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics management, or food engineering
A minimum of 3 years of experience in food ingredient sales, sales support, customer service, supply chain, or logistics
Experience in handling the import of corn sweetener products, flavors, or food ingredients is an advantage.
Possess good knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)

Possess a positive mindset, business flair, initiative, and high adaptability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time
