Softline is currently seeking a qualified Marketing Manager for SMB to join our European team! The role will report to the CMO of a stealth initiative.

You will be one of the greatest team of very diverse and high-performance professionals, you will have the ability to grow marketing initiative from the scratch and implement all your accumulated knowledge to the SMB market in Europe.

You will be part of layout the foundation of what would become a 500+ employee division within Softline focused on Central Eastern European (CEE) market covering about 28 countries.

In essence you will be the Marketing Manager of this very exciting initiative, working closely with our strategic partner and being valuable part of successful team.

What you’ll do :

  • Conducting a regular rhythm of business with the Sales teams of the region in order to generate new deals and help in closing the current ones;
  • Responsible for the implementation of the sales plan for the allocated territory;
  • Consults Sales Managers and Solution Sales on learning solutions;
  • Consults Customer on particular course, help with Skilling Plan creation;
  • Conducts competitive market analysis;
  • Create offers and sales kits for the Sales Team;
  • Participates in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in the region;
  • Initiates and conducts training presentations and webinars on course lines, sales methods and interaction schemes (for sales managers, for clients);
  • Controls the fulfillment of Vendors' requirements for compliance with the current level of partner status;
  • Participates in the formation of a strategy for obtaining the maximum possible rebates, focusing on the conditions of the current program;
  • Interacts with trainers on the issues of participation in the events of Vendors and companies of the Softline Group, the need for certification for new directions, participates in drawing up plans for the development of trainers;
  • Participates in the formation of courses schedule for the region;
  • Employee tasks :

  • Interaction with the vendor and implementation of related tasks :
  • Preparation and approval of agreements for additional financing from partners, interaction with the vendor on program issues with subsequent profit;
  • Negotiations on the provision of discounts and the allocation of budgets for educational and marketing projects;
  • Participation in the formation of the vendor's plans for each quarter of the FY, drawing up a forecast and centralized pipeline of sales in accordance with the vendor's requirements.
  • Responsibility for the result.

  • Provides reports on the work done by him in the established format and within the timeframe specified by the supervisor;
  • Carries out verbal and written orders of the supervisor;
  • About you :

  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT sector in sales / marketing. Experience in B2B sales.
  • University degree in economics, management or marketing would be preferable.
  • Fluent English (at least B2 Upper Intermediate).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Understanding the IT market trends.
  • Internal : Interacts with sales and marketing local Teams and Russian Softline Education sales support Team, as well as logistic dept.
  • External : Communicate with local trainers. Participation in communication with clients as a learning service expert.
  • Maintains contact with local Microsoft, AWS, Kaspersky and other Vendors Teams.
