  • Execute store formatting and design to creatively promote Circle K brand to be more in tune with the time and project the look and feel at store level through standardized POSM (point of sales material) mechanism consistent with Circle K branding strategy and guideline
  • Manage Advertising, Public Relations, Media, and all special events to support sales.
  • Organize relevant resources for executing promotional concepts and programs as required by and in coordination with the Merchandising team for the periodic promotion plan (inclusive of design, sourcing, and production of promotional premiums) and review the effectiveness of such promotions.
  • Launch periodically revamped New Store Opening promotion campaigns to maximize the reach of potential customers in respective neighborhoods.
  • Conduct market intelligence in terms of marketing initiatives / trends in the market as well as competitors’ marketing activities / initiatives and strategies.
  • Cooperate and Brief design / creative team for the POSM of new products, new store opening, brand campaigns, offline activities with Circle K Brand Guidelines.
  • Support and work closely with the Digital team to launch online activities and come up with ideas to support offline activities and brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with category teams and other departments to successfully roll out promotion programs, new product campaigns, special projects, and events to jointly achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Support and follow Marketing team Ha Noi to launch new store opening and other promotions, activities, campaigns, and events in Ha Noi with Circle K branding strategy and guidelines.
  • Explore other business opportunities which may eventually improve the income, exposure, reputation, and profile of the Company.
  • Prepare POSM and Decoration for the New Store Opening with all POSM in place with the best condition follow the Circle K Brand Guidelines.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication proficiency
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, computer software
  • With training & experience, the brand development supervisor focuses on improving and developing new marketing tools so that the overall business improves.
  • The brand development supervisor professional devises solutions that assist the company to achieve its business objectives.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
