KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shaping our employer branding strategy and building the reputation of Home Credit as Best Place to Work
  • Measuring the results of our employer branding initiatives and making data-driven decisions about future activities
  • Contributing to our talent acquisition strategy by offering and executing creative initiatives to attract the right talent
  • Positioning Home Credit as TOM a great place to work for existing employees and to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates
  • Partnering with the HRBP, TA team and hiring managers to develop talent attraction strategies that meet current and future hiring needs :
  • researching the talent market to find relevant target audiences
  • finding the best candidate sources
  • hosting recruiting, webinar events
  • Promoting the employee value proposition through creative contents across different social platforms
  • Establishing partnership with organizations including universities, associations, student groups, Best Places to Work Award organizations, v..v..
  • Building community of internal & external advocates / ambassadors
  • Working closely with the marketing team to maintain our content and communication channels (Linkedin, Facebook, news..
  • helping us reach top talent

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR fields
  • Experience building and / or facilitating key programs and workshops
  • Experience in forming partnership with universities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal English and Vietnamese
  • Experience creating and managing contents on websites, blogs, and social platforms (Sharepoint, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
  • Experience in working with vendors, freelancers for EB campaigns
