Job Description

  • Report directly to the Executive Chef
  • Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for team
  • Drive innovation, inspiration, quality, presentation and taste of all offerings
  • Oversee and direct all aspects of the Outlet operation and assist other kitchens to run their section efficiently
  • Be responsible for Angelina restaurant showcasing chef-driven concepts in an inspired setting
  • Work Experience

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor / License or Culinary school
  • Asian experience is a plus
  • Independent, sociable, energetic, creative with strong leadership
  • Large creativity and guest contact required
  • Western culinary background
  • Minimum 3 years experience at the same position in luxury
