We are searching for a Senior Manager who are supposed to :
Act as chief accountant for clients
Supporting operational team on complex technical issue;
Advising on the internal controls surrounding the various operations of a company with regards to international best practice;
Supervise accounting team as Daily accounting work and full accounting finance work.
Manage assignments resourced from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction combined with targeted firm recovery
Involve in staff training
Involve in firm / department development and marketing initiatives
Candidates for the position of Senior Manager need to fulfill the following criteria :
University graduates in finance, accounting and auditing
Degree in Accountancy / CPA or equivalent recognized professional qualifications
Good analytical skill, self-driven and persuasive
Strong technical background
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
Excellent computer-literacy skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) both in Vietnamese and English
Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Mature attitude and highly committed
Capable of supporting and mentoring employees.
Capable of taking full responsibility for own and teams work.
Able to manage in a motivational and respectful way
