Your Mission
The focus of this role is to assist the Senior Manager Quality Compliance to develop & maintain PUMA’s Quality Protocol’s, Systems and Procedures.
This will involve working closely with the Senior Manager Quality Compliance, Regional QA and vendor supply base. Quality protocol, manuals, system and procedures needs to be reviewed regularly and updated to serve both internal and external demands of the market
Primary responsibilities : Develop / Support / Train and implement PUMA’s QA systems and procedures across our Global supply base
Help review and develop quality manuals, SOP’s and Protocols and ensure all are in place and followed by the regional QA teams.
Help communicate, implement and monitor PUMA Product quality requirements and standard to all PUMA suppliers and ensure all quality requirements are understood
Work closely with the Senior Manager Quality Compliance to ensure both regional QA teams and suppliers follow all QA protocols from development through to bulk garment shipment.
Work closely with the Senior Manager Quality Compliance and the Director of Apparel & Accessory Technology to set future quality improvement strategies and new projects
Help establish annual quality performance objectives for each regional QA Team. Assist SMQC in creating / publishing quality reports for senior management Global Quality KPI reporting with proposal for any remedial action
Help create and update QMS audit processes for both Apparel & Accessory divisions. Help manage the regional QMS audit process, corrective action reporting and follow up (at the factory level) across FE Region
Help analyze QMS audit results and identify areas requiring improvements at supplier level. Produce quarterly updates on Global QMS audit results.
Help provide training to vendors on continuous Quality improvements e.g., RFT garment production
Help identify technical training needs for the QA team; training modules on how to conduct QMS audit and grade suppliers, how to draft effective CAR and how to consult a pre-production meeting and so on.
Carry out projects & assignment at the discretion of the Senior Manager Quality Compliance
Your Talent
College or University or Technical School graduates preferably in Textiles and Clothing related industries More than 10 year experience in Lab and QA / QC work including 3 years factory evaluation experience
English both oral and written
