I / Professional Responsibilities
1 / Set up and complete accounting system
Set up chart of accounts in accordance with VAS and Group.
Propose internal accounting policies in accordance with VAS and Group.
Instruct and supervise the application of new regulations to related sections to prevent the breaches.
Maintain and develop the current accounting system in accordance with the VAS, IFRS, and Group.
2 / Carry out of accounting record
Instruct related section in collection enough supporting documents.
Account for all transactions occurred timely, completely. Investigate any errors, mistakes and cooperate with other sections to final the solution.
Prepare financial statements, report and explain as requirements.
File, keep confidential of accounting and finance information. Only provide the information as request from BOD and Authorities.
3 / Prepare tax reports and other compulsory reports
In charge of preparing tax reports monthly, quarterly, yearly (VAT,PIT,FCT,CIT)
In charge of explaining the data in Tax Finalization
Prepare other compulsory reports such as : report to Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Statistics.
4 / Liaise with external parties :
Liaise with bank in related duties such as : issue bond, deposit,
Liaise with independent auditor in relation to financial matters and audited financial statements.
Liaise with other external parties if requested.
5 / Risk management responsibilities :
In charge of avoiding potential risks about tax.
Record, perform physical counting of cash on hand, fixed assets and other assets to prevent any fraud and errors.
Check and verify all payments to ensure the accuracy, completeness, legal and reasonable of expense incurred.
6 / Other duties :
Prepare management reports as requested by BOD and Group.
Provide accounting information to related parties as request from General Director.
Consult to BOD about related matters.
II / Management Responsibilities :
Recruit and train new staff
Assign work to each staff appropriately
Supervise the works done by each staff
Carry out the performance assessment, propose warning or award timely manner.
Inform the internal policies and regulations to each staffs. Supervise the application.
III / Accounting work operation by similar system as SAP / EPR. All the accounting work including internal approval process should be done by both in paper work and SAP / EPR.

Job requirements :
Have experience working as chief accountant for 4 above years.
English; Intermediate level.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and trust worthy, pleasant manner.
Careful, detail oriented, honest, diligent, devoted to work.
Be able to work under high pressure.
