Our Exciting Opportunity

To manage contracted Managed Services scope ensuring the fulfilment of obligations by Ericsson, the Customer and Suppliers, in order to secure quality, profitability, and Customer happiness.

To identify and track add-on sales opportunities and to support the Key Account Manager (KAM) on Contractual negotiations.

Main interface is to MS COO.

You will do

Contracted MS scope & WLA Mgmt

Establish and follow efficient procedures for controlling the contracted scope and Working Level agreements ensure the fulfillment of their requirements.

Secure that the service contracts and internal Working Level Agreement have been reviewed and all commitments have been confirmed from related units.

Contract Performance Management

Monitoring the financial performance of delivered services to ensure that the intended cost level is maintained whilst securing contract fulfilment

Manage contract execution and proactively manage deviations with respect to scope and volume. Take ownership until resolution with all parties is concluded.

Contribute to Customer happiness regarding the MS service delivery by having solid understanding of contract terms and how it has been delivered throughout contract duration.

  • Monitor contract and advance changes to legal or contract management that may require contractual changes or / and amendments during the whole contract lifecycle;
  • both for customer, contracts.

    Execution and Add on Sales

    Provide advice, guidance and support to the KAM and project team in contractual discussions with the customer, both commercial and operations domains.

    Identify potential up-sales opportunities emerging from the execution of the MS contract, ensuring that accurate procedures are set up for invoicing for over-delivery .

    Engage with Presales team & the KAM in reaching a complete understanding of what is included Scope Management, what the delivered scope is and what the gaps are to fulfill at the best Customer Business needs accordingly to company processes.

    To be successful in the role you must have

  • Business and Financial background with proven experience in the contract management / negotiation ideally in the Telecom or IT domain.
  • A background in Radio technology would be a plus!
  • Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills
  • The ideal candidate should be used to customer interfacing, persuasive and able to influence!
