  • Draw up training plans : Select appropriate training methods, training time and training duration
  • Research information and analyze and carry out assessment of training needs based on skills or knowledge gaps of the employee
  • Design, draw up training contents, training document
  • Suppervise, organize training programs (outsourced and in - house)
  • Train integration for new employees, train office skills, company cultures...
  • Carry out evaluation procedures after training organization
  • Other tasks assigned by the teamleader and department manager

  • Bonus 2 times / year

    a. Experience & Expertise

  • Male / Female, graduated university in Human resources management, Education, Business management or related fields
  • Preferred experience in training (Internal training in large manufaturing & commerce companies)
  • Extensive knowledge of training process, training methods in the enterprise
  • b. Personal characteristics & Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Worked, Excel, Powpoint)
  • Fluently in english
  • Presentation skills, effective communications
  • High discipline, able to work under high pressure
  • Agility, Pro-active, eager to learn and creative
  • Persistent, flexible and able to adapt to changes and challenges
