Job description :

  • Organizing and delivering the course of new hired training for direct sales force
  • Updating new hired training course accordingly
  • Implementing follow-up activities for the new hired sales after new hired training is completed (onsite observing, analyze data of sales activities in field of sales representative from SFDC system, feedback to new hires sales on their strengths and weakness, conduct re-fresh training, adjust training package )
  • Enroll and manage e-learning courses related to sales training
  • Determine training needs by traveling with sales representatives, observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports and conferring with sales managers
  • Setting up and managing sales training database
  • Other task assigned by Sales Training Manager.
  • Requirements :

  • BA degree in Marketing, Economics or Commerce;
  • 05 years Experience as sales trainer role (FMCG company is added advantage);
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written (English);
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures;
  • Good customer service mindset (internal and external);
  • Willing to learn, willing to do attitude;
  • Very high command in written and spoken English.
