For Manual Position :

Planning and conducting a wide range of quality control tasks for Zalo on Mobile / Web / PC platform;

Handling manual investigation and reproduction of functional software issues, root cause analysis of existing test script failures;

Developing and maintaining test cases, investigatory testing of features including defining requirements, behavior and impact;

Cooperating with both Product Owners & Development team to clarify business requirement, technical design and assist each other in defect management.

For Automation position :

Working knowledge about Functional and Non-Functional testing

Working knowledge of scripting language such as Java, Python

Writing, executing test script for automation testing

Updating script through each release, running and analyzing automation test report

Defining, maintaining the test automation framework and ensuring that appropriate testing tools are selected and applied optimally

Handling manual investigation and reproduction of functional software issues, root cause analysis of existing test script failures

Cooperating with both Product Owners & Development team to clarify business requirement, technical design and assist each other in defect management
