Develop and lead the Data and Marketing Technology Partnership Roadmap and Project Plan in line with our BU / BG Strategy.
Identify data & marketing technology partners that would unlock our business strategy ambition (retailers, media partners, publishers, start-ups etc).
Lead negotiation of Data & Marketing Technology Contracts collaborating with Procurement.
Maintain and refresh contracts each year.
Ensure usage and maximisation of our partnerships to deliver business value.
Complete periodic audits of technology solutions used within our agencies.
Oversees local data acquisition & partnerships teams
Develop the Local Data acquisition plan and align with cross function
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams across Media, Shopper Marketing, Digital and more to deliver BU / BG Consumer Data Agenda
Transform data landscape and provide a holistic 360-degree view of the consumer / shopper to :
Develop better insight around consumer behaviour and interactions
Devise better measurement techniques to assess impact from our marketing
Optimise our campaigns in-flight through a closed data loop to sales or equity
Develop 2nd and 3rd party data agreements with retailers and media partners
Build agreements with marketing technology partners to deliver brilliant brand experiences across the consumer journey driving brand equity and sales
Job Requirements :
Demonstrable ad operations, digital media buying, or similar experience gained within digital marketing and advertising
A demonstrable passion for technology and data, and its application to marketing and advertising, as well as a high degree of tech savviness.
Experience in at least one of the following categories : DMPs, ad servers, content verification technologies, DSPs, data partners; clean rooms.
Experience in running RFI / RFP processes highly desirable
Partner management and negotiation experience highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills
High external orientation; keeping abreast of new digital & data developments.
