The primary focus of this position will be to closely collaborate with Software Program Managers and Scrum Masters on developing and improving software processes that can be applied to software development in projects.
This position is also responsible for auditing the process compliance of various projects in accordance with the defined software process.
Provide training and guidance to software project members in process implementation
Report the non-conformity, issues, or detected defects in process compliance audit / project review and follow and track correction plan till closure
Track, monitor, and audit projects weekly to ensure they are following the defined software process
Calculate and analyze project data to create metric reports
Assist with software project resource assignments, allocation, and demand / capacity planning
Assist with providing a good hiring plan
