ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
1. Customer Service and Order Management : Liaise with Customer on Quotation, Samples, Orders and Deliveries
2. Offer Management : Compile and follow up on Customer Offers
3. Delivery Management : Coordinate and follow-up on Deliveries to Customer
4. Sales Analysis and Reporting (regular and adhoc)
5. Coordinate and follow up on tasks related to other departments (Accounting, HR, Marketing)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS include the following :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail / Wholesale or related field
2. Female, 25-35 years old
3. Pleasant, outgoing personality
4. Self-motivated fast learner with proactive attitude
5. Preferably 2 5 years experience in sales coordinator or customer service
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Seek dynamic working environment, passion to serve customer, team player, attention to detail, positive / optimistic attitude.
