We’re looking for a Head of Marketplace to join our Growth team at Glints, to grow the job marketplace and win market leadership in the local market by optimizing the end-to-end process from marketing, operations, sales and product optimization (supply and demand).

The job marketplace is an important piece of the business model (non-revenue product line) to supply talents for our recruitment business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As one of our key members in the Growth team in Vietnam, you will be directly shaping the marketplace strategy and execution.

You’ll work alongside the recruitment business and the Country Manager to drive top-line growth of the business.

In this role, you will be :

Defining the local marketplace strategy & roadmap to penetrate and win market

Building value creation process from marketing, sales & operation (demand generation, supply generation, liquidity optimization, user experience, and many more)

Hiring & grooming single-threaded team members to execute your strategy

Work with the country manager to provide relevant candidates and align with commercial / recruitment business roadmap

Work with dedicated product squads in the regional team to localize our product and realize your strategy

Qualifications :

5-8 years of experience in Growth & Product

Must-haves :

Product Strategy & Development (Marketplace) : Experience in developing and co-creating product strategy (market needs, UVP, business goal, segmentation) and development to drive business outcomes in local market

Leadership : Proven experience in building and leading a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes

Practical Functional Expertise : Understanding of marketing, finance, and operation to drive business outcomes

Stakeholder Management : Work with key stakeholders within or outside the organization to drive strategic initiatives to boost growth

Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills : Able to absorb a great deal of information about the business performance, analyze the data, and make clear and useful action plans.

Creative Problem Solving : Proven experience in solving complex problems and come up with out of the box solutions

Other Nice-To-Haves :

Entrepreneurial / Intrapreneurial : experience in building business line / product line from 0 to 1

Management consultant experience : proven experience in shaping and implementing business strategy.
