Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead Consumer Database Marketing : Working with each category leaders to plan communication strategy to support new product launch, new communication and promotion.
  • Segmenting database and executing direct e-mail base on business objectives, target audience objectives & data behavior.Building road map and initiatives to acquire new data (data partnership, offline activation )Retargeting customer via multiple online platform to ensure highest conversion rate.

  • Support the planning & execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns. Maintain a strong focus on key sales & brand metrics and be able to build measured marketing success.
  • Managing digital campaigns performance on all digital platforms, including but not limit within : Display, Video, Social, Search (SEM / SEO), Influencer, Media Data, Real Time Dashboard, Content at advanced level with fast speed.
  • Be an internal expert to maximize all opportunities / possibilities to land digital innovation to address business requirement.
  • Regularly monitor & optimize content, media performance across digital touchpoints. Sharing digital data, insight to non-
  • stop build brand equity performance on digital channels, meet targeted KPIs. Being proactive collaborate with multiple teams to quickly find solution for raised issues during campaign duration.

    Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing / brand / marketing related roles : agency, e-commerce, retailer
  • Previously experience in a similar marketing role
  • Experienced managing digital ad on display (GDN, Ad network), Video (Youtube, Mobile Ad Network), Social (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other popular social chat apps), Search (SEM / SEO).
  • Experienced in web content development, performance management
  • Excellent collaboration skill as a team player, people oriented
  • Have intensive knowledge of digital marketing & industry trend, with the ability to think strategically
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Can handle high pressure situation
  • Fast speed, creative, self-motivated, open minded, result-oriented
  • Excellent presentation & communication skill
  • Good English in both writing and communication
