Ensure that our patients in always wear a smile when thinking about Zenyum, by building the most charismatic and best-converting sales organisation in Vietnam.
You will be responsible for :
Support and convince customers that help them can approach the best products with best benefits.
Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process - and you effectively can bring both to the table
Answer customer questions about Zenyum products, services, promotions and after-sales policies.
Are data- and performance-oriented, and optimise your approach for conversion flows and CAC
You are a fit for this role, if you :
Experience in sales / telesales / customer service.
Have excellent sales skill and be passionate about working with people
Ambitious and desire for high achievement
Ability to cope with changes, high work pressure
English skill is an advantage
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet )
