Job Description

Hardware Requirement / FMEA / FTA / DFA analysis and review for Automotive steering EE component / system level.

Perform 8D / DRBFM / ECU Changes / ECU project module test.

Functional Safety analysis and presentation to customer project and OEM

Identification, planing, establishing, coordinating and monitoring Safety Goals according to Safety process.

Cooperate with layout engineer to produce layout / Gerber file.

Research electronics components to meet requirements (follow datasheet or calculation), electronics design calculation, PCBA layout design.

Onsite job if required, design process training in Bosch group is necessary

Qualifications

BS-EE / MS-EE degree

Communication in English, Japanese is a plus.

Good knowledge in Digital circuits, Analog and Mixed signal circuits, Power supply design, Automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU), EMI / EMC.

Knowledge about IC / ASIC and ISO26262

Board testing, Analysis and Reporting. Complying with HW design rules and Industry standards.

Technical problem solving and investigation (DRBFM / FMEA / 8D / Design review / etc.)

Self-motivated, good discipline.

Passion in engineering, good attitude, ability to learn new technology and process

Ability to work independently as well as with team members

Ability to travel abroad
