1. Find and develop Customers
2. Set up yearly, quaterly and monthly business plan
3. Manage the business plan
4. Manage developing sample & finallizing sample and introduce sample and costsheet to Customers
5. Organize the orders production
6. Take care of customers to ensure their satisfaction
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of business plans monthly, quarterly and yearly.
8. Recover overdue debts
9. Recuit, train and evaluate staff’s performance (KPI)

1. Graduate University with major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade
2. Age from 30 - 40 years old and have 05 years of experience at Merchandiser Manager
3. Have experience in Fashion / Garment FOB, especially in Jeans / Denim fashion will be preferred
4. Be fluent in English
5. Able to use Microsoft office tools
