The Role :

We are seeking a HR Associate to work with the Vice President of Human Resources in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, energetic, detail oriented, and resourceful with a can-do attitude and service approach.

You will be part of a rapidly growing, culturally diverse team. You will actively participate in the day-to-day business operations as well as projects with key deliverables which directly impact the business.

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to, the following) : Employee Life Cycle

  • Coordinate and execute employee on-and off-boarding processes
  • Be responsible for and deliver new hire onboarding program and continuously improve the new hire experience
  • Assist with the development, administration, and implementation of HR programs, procedures, and guidelines
  • Prepare the month-end report and maintain the integrity of all employee data, records, and documents
  • Maintain and update all current and historical employee records in files and HRIS system, maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in routine administrative tasks and other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager
  • Employee Benefits and Engagement

  • Coordinate and conduct the new employee benefits onboarding process
  • Help administer annual employee benefits review
  • Manage internal communication to ensure employee benefits & engagement events information is broadcasted to employees in a timely manner
  • Manage engagement programs and wellness initiatives to build a positive employee culture and experience for the Vietnam offices
  • Support in running events / activities for D&I initiatives
  • Learning and Development

  • Support in learning & development programs in Vietnam
  • Ensure the execution of Vietnam training sessions : arrange logistics, conduct pre and post training surveys and analysis
  • Internship Recruitment

  • Support all aspects of campus recruitment process, ensuring candidates have a great experience through their interactions with WorldQuant
  • Assist in possible employer branding activities in Vietnam, such as coordinating recruitment events, office tours, preparing logistics and branding materials, etc.
  • Assist in university and organization partnership building such as visiting universities, preparing contracts and MOUs, and follow up payments.
  • Coordinate and support campus industry talks / initiatives

  • Support intern recruiting tasks such as updating candidate database, coordinating phone screens / interviews, collecting feedback, etc.
  • Maintain active recruitment pipeline reports for all intern positions
  • What You’ll Bring :

  • Hold or working toward a Bachelor’s degree, or advanced degree(s), from a leading university in Human Resources, English, Business or Marketing related majors
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
  • At least 3-5 years of related working experience; experience in a multinational organization is a plus
  • Attention to detail; high accuracy, high integrity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
  • Positive work attitude, team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, willing to work in a fast paced organization; self-starter
  • Proactive about learning and motivated to take on additional responsibilities over time
  • Proven achievement in extracurricular activities on campus is a plus
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in implementing and using Workday is a plus
  • This role is based in Hanoi, Vietnam
