Job DescriptionDETAILED TASKSPerform activities and management processes to ensure that BCS staffs follow the company procedures & standardsObserve, compare procedures and practice to find out any gaps or unreasonable points.
Hence, contribute initiatives about improving procedures to enhance BCS productivity and customer experience.Identify frequent mistakes of BCS in daily tasks, then compose materials for refresh training.
Define requirements for system enhancement / development to support the operation more effectively.Coordinate with Group Supervisors to prepare the checklist for periodical supervising at locations.
Review periodically functions on system of all BCS users.Monitor and keep track of KPI, productivity, dashboard reports.Coordinate with Group Supervisors to prepare documents for auditingTake responsibilities in training activities for BCS staffs.
Prepare suitable training materials for new staffs / people leaders, refresh training.Monitor and maintain departmental sharepoint folder.
Coordinate with related departments to organize training sessions of new products and procedures.Build criteria in evaluating soft skills / technical skills for BCSBuild recruiting journey for BCS staffsInvolve in various project related to CS / BCSPerform tasks when assigned by direct manager.
