The Sales Manager, PD is responsible for managing the daily sales activities and execution plan of sales units in order to achieve the APE target.

He / she will develop the distribution strategies and tactical plan for execution.

  • Review business processes and implement new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with partners at top management and branch levels on aiming to activate partners’ business in solid manner
  • Manage and provide coaching and mentoring the sales management team and the sales execution team
  • Assist the Head of Department in supporting market intelligence information to formulate strategies
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required resources and necessary support to achieve business goals
  • Qualifications :

  • A good bachelor degree, majoring in Marketing, Business Management
  • Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications
  • Has a dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels
  • With strong communication skills with ability to communicate confidently at all level
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen
  • Self-motivated and drive to achieve high income
  • Should have worked in banks or insurance company for at least 4 to 5 years, in sales in Bancassurance / other alternative distribution
  • Has reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other designing software
