Job description :
Implementation Management has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.
g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from company, Customer and Suppliers according to company requirements and Customer contract.
Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirements.
Interface to Project and Customers as well as other functions e.g. Local Distribution, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Sourcing, neighboring function involved in the rollout.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Ericsson tools like PIwin, GASK and SiteHandler. Group Site Safety Inspection

Job requirement :
Highly developed English language.
Education : Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or telecommunication related field.
Experience from working as a SiteEngineer, Installer, Civil Works construction, Civil Work design, Turn-key rollout incl.
Site Acquisition etc. Training in and awareness of
all OHS statutory requirements impacting E / / / especially in the local market
