1. Customer service :
Responsible in execution of agreed company policies and procedures
Review and monitoring of order processing, price increase implementation, price manual administration.
Preparation of delivery statements and invoice issuance to customers
Handle customer complaint : act as focal point to receive complaints from customers, follow up with other relevant departments until resolution of issues.
Follow up on customer payments and collection.
Keep track of customer contract database and follow up on actions on contractual requirements and renewals.
Support documentation requirement as required by business.
2. Sales support :
Lead generation identify opportunities from incoming call and ensure handover to appropriate sales personnel and tracking the progress.
Preparation of sales report and market data.
Support sales team on admin works especially when sales team are out of office
Customer data base handling and update
Sales contract central filling and expiration date monitoring
Monitoring of index movement which affects business cost

Experience : More than 3 years experience, experience in SAP, understanding production costing and management accounting
