Supply Chain Analysts (SCAs) work as individual contributors and / or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers.
SCAs have a core responsibility to ensure Continuous Improvement in pursuit of OpX. The SCAs identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies.
SCAs communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer / business groups / divisions, and translate business requirements.
provide input to system / process design; and / or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting. SCAs may work on several projects and or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, conduct budget and or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan / POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.
Supply Chain Analyst also responsible to collaborate closely with outsource buyers to manage the routine procurement tasks that not limited to order, delivery until goods receipt transactions to ensure parts availability in DMO WLA factory in Asia.
This job acquires the SCAs to analyze the inventory consumption data and continuously drive optimization based on BIC operating model via LEAN or other methodologies.
SCA also responsible to collaborate with factory ops team to understand the demand swing from factory and be the lead to coordinate with multiple teams to address the demand Vs supply gaps accordingly.

Qualifications
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field of study.
