Be responsible for X-sell growth initiatives, from proposing the initiatives (based on insights from analyses, market & product research, etc.

drafting work plan, executing or assisting in the execution of the initiatives, in order to deliver the initiatives on time and meet the initiatives’ design & objectives.


1. Propose initiatives to grow X-sell key performance metrics (loan accounts, loan amount, etc.)

  • Work with X-sell Analysis & Insights Unit to conduct analyses to preliminarily test hypotheses and compile proposal for X-sell growth initiatives
  • Research methodology to implement initiatives (in-house or outsourced, if in-house, which methodologies & tools to use), design initiatives, and draft detailed work plan
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the initiatives will be evaluated at its completion
  • 2. Communicate the initiatives to various stakeholders

  • Prepare necessary materials to communicate the initiatives to stakeholders, based on understanding of the stakeholders’ requirements & concerns
  • Ensure that stakeholders are aligned on roles and responsibilities, gain support & commitment of key stakeholders and secure necessary resources for the initiatives
  • 3. Monitor the initiative implementation & track the performance

  • Ensure business units perform its role in the implementation of the initiatives (executor role, vendor monitoring, or implementation monitoring)
  • Ensure initiative’s implementation meets requirements regarding methodology, scope and timeline
  • Ensure the initiatives meet committed and expected objectives and performance metrics
  • 4. Evaluate the initiatives

  • Support to evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the proposal phase
  • Extract lessons learned, findings from implementing the initiatives, compile report for stakeholders to learn from the project and propose next steps
  • 5. Manage ongoing quality control, develop and manage all aspects of projects engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and other issues

    6.Brainstorm, propose X-sell growth campaigns and design approach for alternative channels

    7. Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

  • Bachelors or Masters graduate majoring in : Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Project Management or any relevant majors
  • At least 05 years of working experience in finance (banking, business management, etc.) or any related large scale industries
  • At least 02 years of experience in project, program management or working in Project Management Office (PMO)
  • At least 02 years of experience working in Growth capacity, proposing and delivering growth initiatives
  • At least 01 year of experience in business analytics relating to user / customer analytics, performance & operations analysis
