Lead Location IT team to ensure all relevant IT targets for the Location and Country are fulfilled
Manage incidents & requests from customers, ensure highest IT service quality and customer's satisfaction as well as continuous operation
Manage IT Hardware Leasing Service across all locations in the whole country
Provide consultation and support on all IT topics from ideation, proof of concept to sustaining operations
Lead partnership with Business Units to understand their requirements, map them to IT capabilities, and recommends technical solutions
Develop relationships cross functionally to drive overall service improvement and Key Performance Index (KPI) for IT portfolios
Manage IT Projects to meet committed deliverables and due date within controlled resources
Work with global and local teams for implementations, upgrades, sustaining operations, and communication to local stakeholders for local IT services’ changes
Apply effective problem-solving techniques to solve range of issues / problems in process, software and hardware related in a professional, timely manner
Manage and support IT services : client PCs, servers, storages, network, assets, end-user training, consulting
Responsible for continuous improvement of the performance, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure through capacity management
Assist IT Management on financial related topics (budget planning, cost monitoring ) and vendor management
Participate in emergency on-call duties and work off office hour as required
Cross location support and backup as required

Qualifications
Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer science or IT related discipline
Proficient communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including managers, subject matter experts, and customers
Solid problem solving and troubleshooting aptitudes and a customer service experience is desirable
Ability to quickly learn, master, and coach or train others on new and existing technologies.
7+ years of experience as an infrastructure system engineer / architect or IT solution consultant in global company
Experience investigating new technologies and sharing technical information with customers and stakeholders both internal and external
Proven IT Project management and success consulting cases
Experience and knowledge in these IT skills are advantages :
