Your tasks
Supervise the warehouse activities and coordinate with SOM to manage the daily operation in all working areas
Instruct and supervise staffs to verify the required inbound / outbound paperwork to ensure that all products are properly counted / picked / packed / handed-over.
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented, and jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
Rotate product as appropriate.
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
Assist in maintaining the safety & security of the warehouse.
Conduct operations in a manner to improve safety.
Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in creating SOP, work instructions & other documents as needed.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Graduated from vocational trainings or colleges
Logistics / warehouse background is preferable
Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience
