The Apparel & Accessories Product Integrity (API) team is a Global organization who’s vision is delivering perfect product to every athlete*.
API’s vision is to catalyze a culture of quality, internally and externally, that delivers world-class end-to-end quality management.
The API team is composed of four functional areas : the Nike Apparel Lab (NAL), Apparel / Accessories Quality Management (AQM), Partner Quality Management (PQM) and Product Integrity Operations (PIO).
API scope of work spans innovation and inline products across material and finished goods.
API is part of the Global Sourcing & Manufacturing function at Nike but is uniquely positioned to influence and partner with stakeholders from Design, Development, Merchandising, Partner Management, Manufacturing Partners, Distribution Partners, and Retail / Accounts.
The quality and compliance of Nike products are pivotal to Nike’s competitive advantage and the API team ensures athlete satisfaction through focus on Standards, Risk Assessment, Testing, Manufacturing Preparation & Execution, Inspections / Audits, Issue Management, and Marketplace Feedback.
Partner Quality Management team’s mandate is around Nike partners’ Quality Management Systems and to prepare and execute the manufacturing of perfect product.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Product Integrity Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to oversee Nike partners quality in Vietnam region.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with T1 finished goods and close vertical partners in North Asia to drive Product Integrity strategic initiatives, elevate Partner’s internal Quality Management System and perform quality assurance activities in the field.
You will also engage closely with PMO (Partner Management Office) counterparts to ensure Product Integrity initiatives are well understood and aligned internally.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is reporting into Product Integrity Director in North Asia and closely working with APAC Product Integrity team (AQM, Lab, PIO), PMO functional teams (Partner Management, DEC, MSM) and PCCs.
You will manage professional employees and / or supervisors and accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
You will drive regional Partner Quality Performance. Work closely with Partners to place ownership for continuous quality improvement at the factory and build culture of quality.WHAT YOU BRING
Able to prioritize & direct people and projects through to completion, work with all levels of management and different groups.
Other collaborating or data analysis software is a plus.
