As a member of Multi-disciplinary Business Transformation team, you’ll help our variety of clients across all industries and markets to transform their business / operation which focus on core busines value creation by applying EY frameworks and knowledge to :
Help clients to build up a roadmap for their business transformation strategy, develop business and operating models to realize the transformation.
Transform business Organization, Culture, People & Workforce experience.
Transform / improve Ops & Business services, Supply chain and Finance operation.
Develop and carry out risk transformation to better manage risk and leverage opportunities to grow.
Your key responsibilities :
Working together with EY local / international teams in large-scale and complex business transformations projects.
Collecting and analyzing data to support project team to help client to define the business transformation purpose, analyze the gap in their business / operating model, develop the business transformation solutions / design, and together with the project team, help client to implement the solutions.
Ensuring the work quality and excellence for all assigned tasks following the guidance of project senior members and EY’s Frameworks / Methodologies / Tools.
Playing role in supporting senior associate and manager in project and change management. The specific tasks include :
Managing the assigned tasks (including yourself and junior team members) following the project plans, deadlines.
Timely tracking and reporting the progression, updates, risks, dependencies to in-charge senior members.
Building relationships with external clients and internal peers.
Supporting the consulting executives in business development by preparing and participating in busines workshop, seminars, and other busines activities.
Supervising and coaching junior professionals, helping people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities.
Participating and earning sufficient EY Business Consulting Professional Training and Learning Programs to enhance your Competencies.

To qualify for the role, you must have :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management, or equivalent disciplines.
Strong analytics, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong communication skills, fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English.
1+ years of professional experience in business consulting or 1+ years of experience with a reputable organization and a strong record of personal success.
Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
Ability to develop, present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Master of business administration, management, or equivalent disciplines.
Experience working for a top tier Consulting firm, Big Four or Industry experience with a strong focus on business improvement.
