  • Job Summary
  • The Software Solutions Sales Representative is responsible for developing and supporting assigned accounts and deals for both the International and Domestic market.
  • This position will be selling Magento 2 Services, Odoo Services and promoting Salesforce Services and AWS Services to their assigned accounts.
  • Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify opportunities with clients, document their requirements / processes in order to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Present the company’s services and products professionally via conference call or face-to-face meeting
  • Conduct consultation discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers. Discovery is designed to uncover business, technical and operating requirements to be addressed in sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Prepare custom prospect / client proposals. Work directly with Technical Resources, Account Manager, and Sales Manager to collaborate on and develop the overall Solution Presentation.
  • Provide client connections with the other Specialists that result in winning opportunities through a collaborative working style which encourages teamwork.
  • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Follow Magenest Sales Process and Guidelines, and contribute in detailed qualifications of prospect and opportunity as well as formulation of sales strategies, plans and solutions packages.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction with the project deliverables.
  • Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies.
  • Manage customer data on the CRM system.

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales in the IT industry with a proven track record in Commercial Engagement, Sales, and Deal Execution.
  • Understanding the framework, solutions, platform and needs to build customer-centricity.
  • Client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client and technical teams as well as experience in presenting to M-level Executives and above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts both within and outside the company.
  • Project management or consultative sales skills, independence & consistency in attaining / over attaining targets while following the processes & framework.
  • Poses strong problem solving & creativity to generate alternative solutions.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Team player able to work within a diverse, global environment.
  • Good English communication.
