Documentation & payment : mainly work with counterparts in Japan : brokers, Damco, P&G warehouse
Issue commercial invoice from SAP for customs declaration
Randomly audit documentation prepared by Japanese brokers before customs declaration
Maintain audit tracking & share to customers for performance assessment & improvement
Verify 3PL service fee in Japanese and submit to customer for payment
Manage carriers to make sure they perform as per SLA on payment process
Daily coordinate with counterparts in Japan for the end-to-end assigned process
Comply with specific customer SOPs / SLEAs and play the role of coordinator to build up these documents
Take part / take lead in saving projects generated by the team or per customer’s request
Work out long-term solutions for continuous improvement of routing guide compliance & export process
Carry out other tasks assigned by Manager
We are looking for
A careful, detailed & proactive character who can act with sense of emergency, a fast learner who can quickly catch up huge knowledge, has good sense of system and be interested in working with overseas counterparts.
Operational knowledge & Customer Service Experience
At least 1 year experience in a large Operations / Customer service teams in the Logistics sector
Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Clear & structured when giving instruction or request
Foreign language capability
Fluent English is must
Japanese reading skill, N3 or N2 is preferable
Korean is a plus, but not compulsory
Problem solving skill
Creative, proactive & aggressive in pushing the issues through.
Stakeholder management skill
Efficiently drive other parties’ performance to achieve customer KPI & ensure process compliance
