Job Description :
Work in close collaboration with Regional Field Marketing and respective managers of Sales department to develop necessary trade and consumer programs in line with brand strategy and business objectives.
This includes initiation of programs’ concept and specific mechanics, defining target outlets & target consumers, and allocation budget to drive the brands of the company in all channels nationwide throughout the year.
Be responsible for KPIs setting, cross-functional alignment, and detailed execution guide preparation for Sales team.
Work closely with Sales department and Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence to ensure that necessary program-effectiveness monitoring mechanisms is in place, and data is collected so as the program KPIs and investment can be tracked and assessed.
Initiate and align on overall permanent Point of sales material (POSM) & Event strategy in accordance to brand strategy and business objectives with respects to cost-
effectiveness, legal requirements, retail environment, and brand guidelines. This includes design development, target outlets selection, production with quality and delivery management, setting implementation guidelines & KPIs to Sales team, and subsequently monitoring deployed & in-
warehouse quantity to maximize visibility effectiveness and brand communication of JTI brands on trade.
Act as final contact point to Sales department to communicate merchandising execution guideline and response to new deployment / replacement requests.
Provide the input for the Annual & Strategic Planning process to ensure planning and execution of trade programs and merchandising activities can best deliver the brand strategy and business objectives.
Work closely with Purchasing to source / manage vendors for premium and merchandising production.
Consolidate all spending plan which is given for Marketing programs and activities, and continuously update Year-To-Date Actual records versus spending plan to ensure the bestpossible use of all Marketing budget.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree is required
At least 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, in FMCG is a plus.
Having comprehensive knowledge of budget management, KPI setting and strategic long term
Experience in analyzing data of market trend & consumer insight.
Trade marketing knowledge, focus mainly on Trade Programs & Merchandising development.
Fluent English & proficient computer skills
