1.Prepares agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
2. Compiles, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meetings.
3. Makes travel arrangements for the Managers in the Executive Office. 4. Types, files and documents correspondences and records 5.
Maintains appointment calendars, schedules. 6. Answers and screens incoming calls and conveys messages to the Managers in the Executive Office.
7. Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
