Mission :

Being a sales representative of SEVN to sell Services solution to End Users (Buildings, Industry, Utilities segments) directly or through our Partners for MV, LV and Industry services solutions

Selling Installed base services (e.g. Spare parts, Maintenance, Modernization and Consulting & Training, Recurring Services)

Ability to detect new Services opportunities by visiting customers regularly

Being Aggressive in Sales actions

Ability to understand customer’s needs, to present our offers / solutions to help them and being convincing while talking to customers

Ability to understand customer’s ecosystem, to connect in their network, to understand end-user internal process (technical, purchasing, planning )

Ability to forecast correctly Orders per month / quarter / year and to aim to deliver as committed or to over-deliver

Ability to set up and submit business plan, short to long term (up to 1 year) action plan, weekly schedule to visit customer and secure the orders, update forecast and pipeline monthly basic.

Expected results :

To analyze the market / competition to find our market, to create and toestablish good relationships with customers / End-Users

To secure yearly order intake as assigned

To ensure bFO (bridge Front Office) KPIs of the team

To maintain & defend our price for every sale

To coordinate with other salesman to capture opportunities for servicesand fulfill team action plans

To collaborate with other departments and participate company programs& activities

Qualifications

Electrical Engineer (preferred Electrical Distribution & Electrical Equipment or Automation background) with Sales education or proven sales experience

  • At least 6 years experience in the same industry (Selling Electrical Distribution & Automation services to End-user in Building or Industry segment, preferably selling to Hotels, Buildings, factories of Industrial Zone Parks, Power Company of EVN or Transmission &
  • Tracked Sales record

    Good knowledge about Electrical equipments (Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Switchgear, ATV, ATS, PLC, Automation, Scada), Electrical System & Network

    Knowledge of Schneider Electric products & equipments, systems is a Big Plus

  • Being Organized (Time, Work, Personal Life) and being Proactive with capacity to take initiatives
  • Having a Critical thinking / Being Curious / Having a big desire to Learn Continuously and to Self-Improve
  • Having a Great Sense of Services by being able to know how to Listen to customer, to understand their needs or pain points and to propose solutions
  • Having Networking skills and know-how to establish trustful relationships with unknown people
  • Being able to work under pressure
  • Knowing how to manage complaints and difficult customers
  • Understanding Customer (Customer & Market Intelligence, Customer Plat-forming / Qualification)
  • Having your existing Network of Customers with good relationships and being able to deliver quickly Sales results

    Understand the market of Services business (where to sell, who to contact, how to influence to create demand)

    Understand how to approach End-user and to establish different sales channels

    Selling skills (Ability to prepare for a sales visit, visit customer, establish & maintain relationship, question, understand the need, provide solution, follow up, close the order)

    Having knowledge in Contractual & Legal & Credit terms & process

    Other skills (Presentation, negotiation, project management)

    English speak fluently

    Good at writing business document in both English and Vietnamese (TOEIC 605)

    Professionalism in Influencing and listening and present and conversation skills
