Dashboarding & data requests Mastery and navigation across all SFA tools in the organization, including future roadmap development / evolutionWorking with the cross functional team to customize the data bases / sources / views as per evolving requirementsMaintaining sales data and channel definitions and analyses for VNKHCoordinating between BO&S and Growth Performance (SFA + SFE) to create links to datasets and timely, effective dashboard updates using these CHC-specific definitionsCompiling various salesforce performance analyses for VNKH : KPI achievement, key gaps, highlighting performance opportunitiesMaintenance and tracking of key training calendars and CRM reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
To help optimize decision making by BI Tools, i.e. Power BI, PowerPivot. Ensure the business requirements are captured correctly and coordinate with relevant stakeholder in dashboard developing, maintenance and enhancement.
Business or IT background, Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
Required knowledge and / or experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in working with data from sales, marketing and macro business
Excellent analytical skills (Data analyst & Insights)
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus;
Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
Hard Skills :
Good at Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power-point
Good knowledge of database software such as Microsoft Access, Oracle, SQL
Having knowledge in Business Analytic Solution such as Power BI and others BA platform utilization.
SQL language familiar & VBA is a plus
Ability to work with database and data warehouse model
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) in local language + English.
